Where to Measure:

1. Waist Measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, which is usually just above your belly button or below your ribcage. Stand naturally-don’t suck in your stomach.

2. Hip Measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, typically 7-9 inches below your natural waist. Stand with your feet together for the most accurate measurement.

3. Inseam Measurement

Measure the distance from the crotch seam towards your leg. All sizes have 6-inch inseams. For the most accurate measurement, have someone assist you.

4. Leg Opening

Measure the circumference of your thigh at the point where the shorts would end (see inseam measurement).

Helpful Hints:

-Use a soft, flexible measuring tape for accuracy.

-Measure directly against your skin or over thin clothing for the best results.

-If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a more compressive fit.
