What makes the premium patch different?
Woven Interlocking Non-Fraying Fabric: The Premium Patches use an interlocking woven fabric that never frays. Other woven patches start to fray on day 1. Glucomart premium never fray and look as good on day 10 as they do on day 1.
Breathable: The Premium Patch is made from a lightweight highly breathable fabric. Other woven patches are made from a heavier cotton material. Non-Woven patches are not breathable, they trap sweat, and are more likely to lift or cause skin irritation.
Not See-Through: Unlike other major brands, once the patch is applied, you can not see through it at all. Because this patch is not see-through, the images on the patch remain bright and crisp.
No Lifting: This patch was made with a strong durable adhesive to prevent lifting. It will last the entire length of the sensor.
Quick-Dry: Glucomart Dexcom patches are made from quick-dry fabric that will does not retain water. All other woven patches on the market are made from cotton and get soggy when wet.
Flexible: The Premium Patch has 8-way stretch and high elasticity allowing it to move with the skin. Once the patch has bonded with the skin it wont be noticeable by the user.
Works in Harsh Climates: This patch was designed to preform well in harsh climates. From high humidity to below freezing, this patch will stick.
Hypoallergenic: Medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive. This 100% acrylic adhesive is free from all major allergens, including latex.
4-Section Backing: The back of the patch is split into 4 sections. Easily apply the patch by placing it over the transmitter with all backing on the patch then remove 1 section at a time.
